8:00 AM - Welcome Climbers

ALL COURSES meet at IME on 2733 Main Street in North Conway Village for gear checks, outfitting, and clinic orientation. Climbers should provide a day pack, water, food for the day, appropriate clothing and transportation (car pooling may be an option).

Sunday Afternoon and Evenings

3:30-5:00 pm: Road Munchies and IME Love Hour, we'll have snacks to help you hit the road and buy your favorite gear from the weekend.

Clinic Notes

Our Ice Fest clinics have an average 4:1 client to guide ratio. Please note that each course requires a minimum of 3 participants, for smaller groups standard rates may apply. All Ice Fest courses must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Please see our Registration & Policies page. Regular clinics are $195 per day, book 2 or more days for $185 per day.
