Jeni Calzaretta
@jenicalz is an AMGA trained instructor and apprentice guide. She leads the women’s programs at @climb_imcs. A proud serving member on the board of the @harvardcabin. All around Ice climbing enthusiast and a woman of true grit. In her spare time, she can often be found scratching around chossy cliffs, listening to metal, and snacking on gummy bears.

Pat Ferland
Pat Ferland is a full time guide and backpacking instructor. He is a lifelong New England been living and guiding in NH for the past 18yrs he started attending MWV Ice fest in 1997 with his dad. He is currently working on his PCGI rock guide certification and AMGA alpine certifications as well. and been a long time leave no trace master educator. As much as he like climbing over the peaks in Craggs in the summer he loves to Chasing frozen waterfalls to climb.

Jess Kowalski
Jess (they/she) is a WFR, IMCS intern, Ice Fest organizer, IME gremlin, used gear jewelry creator, and soon to be licensed massage therapist. They are the founder of the All Outdoors Collective, hosting outdoor community building events and affinity spaces in the MWV. Jess enjoys swimming, climbing, hiking, writing, reading, making things from things, doodling, dancing, meditating, laughing about and with life, music, being covered in dirt, watching things grow, and going slow. Jess is often found lurking around trees, icicles, mountains, deserts, cliffs, boulders, farm fields, puddles of water of all sizes, small living spaces, and piles of food. They are often teal in color, though increasingly covered in cheetah print. @juice_b0x_creations

Chris Graham
Chris "Grammy" Graham has been climbing for 30+ years and guiding for over 20. He is a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) and a longtime member of Androscoggin Valley Search and Rescue (AVSAR). In addition to his prolific new routing in the White Mountains, Chris's travels have taken him to Yosemite, Tuolumne Meadows, Shawangunks, Red Rock, the Tetons, and Smith Rocks to mention a few. Internationally, Chris has climbed multiple peaks in Peru, Ecuador including Cotopaxi, Chimborazo, Guagua and Rucu Pichincha, Illiniza Sur/Norte a

Al Hospers
Al is originally from Macon Georgia but has lived in the Mount Washington Valley since 1997. He's been climbing ice for over 30 years, both in New England and the Canadian Rockies, and he guided ice and rock for IMCS for over 10 years. In addition he was a software engineer for 40 years, has been a professional musician for 57 years and still plays music regularly in the Mount Washington Valley.

Moa Hedegaard
In early 2022 Moa moved to the U.S.A from Sweden with her wolf-dog Pancake. She has since spent many a day exploring the White mountains in all seasons. She was first introduced to ice climbing in 2018 on a trip to the New Hampshire and has loved it ever since. She now spends most of her time in the great outdoors either as a climbing guide or ski patroller here in Mount Washington Valley. When she's not outside for work or fun she is on stage as the bassist for legendary local band CATWOLF.
