Howdy Folks! This morning please join us in sending a warm welcome to Karsten Delap! He’s coming to us from the South (he’s married to guest guide Lindsay Fixmer) and is totally psyched to be back in the Mount Washington Valley this year! He’s originally from Indiana but has found a passion in the mountains and has been climbing for the last 14 years! Karsten climbs with La Sportiva. He’s traveled extensively throughout the United States to places like the Black Canyon, Zion and Long’s Peak. Internationally he’s bagged 17,000+ foot peaks in Bolivia, Ecuador, Africa and Argentina. He’s got a lot of pitches under his belt and is a super nice guy! You’ll be psyched to be in his clinics because he brings all of his experience and knowledge with him and would love to pass it on to you!
On Saturday, Karsten is guiding Julbo’s Intro to Steep Waterfall Ice Climbing Skills. This clinic is perfect for those of you who have a bit of experience on ice and are ready to take your skills to the next level!
