Good Morning Ice Festers! Today we’re happy to announce that Kevin Mahoney is back on board again this year! He’s a MWV local hardman who’s one of the most bad ass climber’s we’ve ever met! This guy is psyched! He gets after it and has some of the most impressive first ascents under his belt. Kevin is at his best when he’s on steep ice or overhanging rock with big, hard moves ahead. Good thing too because we’ve got some steep ice and mixed climbing clinics that will be perfect for him to pass on his talents to you!
On Friday he’ll be guiding Sterling Rope’s Steep Waterfall Ice Climbing Skills Clinic. Kevin is the perfect person to help you bring your steep ice skills to the next level.
On Saturday he’ll be guiding our Intro to Mixed Climbing Clinic. For those of you who want to learn to get scrappy, this is the clinic for you! Either way, you’re learning from one of the best climbers in the sport.
